What to bring

• Wear covered footwear to access behind-the-scenes support areas.

• Arrive at the Singapore Oceanarium VIP Lounge at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour.

What's not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Singapore Oceanarium.

• Mobile phones, wallets, jewellery, and loose belongings are not allowed inside the Marine Mammal Habitat. Lockers are provided.

• Photography and videography are prohibited in support areas and inside the Marine Mammal Habitat.

Accessibility

• Public areas are wheelchair accessible, but some behind-the-scenes support areas are not due to stairs.

• Crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not permitted in support areas.

Additional information

• Suitable for guests aged 4 years and above. Children under 4 may enter support areas only if they can walk independently.

• Participants under 18 years must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent or legal guardian.

• Maximum group size is 12 participants.

• Complimentary refreshments are included. Guests with dietary requirements should inform staff in advance.

• All participants must complete a release and indemnity form before the programme begins. Participants under 18 must have the form completed by a parent or legal guardian.

• The programme operates rain or shine. Dolphin Exploration is weather dependent and may be modified if required.

• Participants must follow the guide's instructions and the designated tour route throughout the experience.
