⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend! Purchased Singapore Tourist Pass through Headout online — the process was quick and super convenient. Redemption at the MRT station kiosk was a breeze, took less than a minute to get my pass in hand. Using it to ride public transportation around the city was completely hassle-free. Singapore's MRT and bus network is already excellent, and the Tourist Pass makes it even easier to hop on and off without worrying about fares. One tip for fellow travelers: make sure to use your phone's map app alongside the station maps available inside each MRT station. They'll help you figure out which station, train line, entrance, and exit to use — especially helpful when navigating the busier interchange stations. Once you get the hang of it, getting around the city is a total breeze! Great value and a must-have for any tourist exploring Singapore.

It would be easier if you give the number of the exits at the stations where the automat to redeem the ticket. Orchard Station has 13 exits and it's not declare where the ticket office is (the automat is beside the office). So it was very difficult to find the automat.

we bought a 4 days' pass for public transport fir Singapore and except an initial problem to redime it at the counter it worked very well. We moved easily by tube to every part of the town.

Too much process post booking tickets through Headout at every venue which is not easy and seamless. Somehow Headout to devise a modus operandi where QR codes are generated within the app and shown at the entry gates.

Seamless activation & validity

The duration and validity of the pass are based on the operating hours of the basic public transport system.

1-day coverage of the pass begins from your 1st usage of the pass to the end of the public transport service for the same day. This is typically around midnight.

Usage of the multi-day cards must be on consecutive days.

Accessibility

The pass does not include rides on premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, express buses as well as other niche bus services.

Additional Information

Prices apply to adults and children above 0.9m in height.

The Singapore Tourist Pass is non-returnable and non-refundable.

When your pass expires, it reverts to a normal EZ-Link adult card, which you can choose to top-up later.

You can redeem e-pass or purchase the pass on-site from automated kiosks at train stations, specific Cheers and Prosegur Change Money Changer outlets, and SimplyGo ticket offices.

No printout required! You will receive your pass digitally via email after you've purchased it. You can use it straight from your phone. The pass will be activated after its first usage and will remain active for consecutive days depending on your choice of pass.

Validity

The Singapore tourist pass is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Your pass is activated when you use it at the first attraction.

It is then valid for the number of days mentioned on the pass of your choice, for consecutive days and not random 24-hour periods.
