Die Tour war perfekt organisiert. Wir wurden beim Panoramazug herzlich empfangen und eingecheckt und die Panoramatour war schön und informativ. Sie gab einen guten Überblick über den riesigen Park, mit dem kurzen Halt bei der Gloriette als Highlight. Anschliessend wurden wir rasch und unkompliziert ins Schloss Schönbrunn geführt, wo wir den Audioguide und das Einlassticket erhielten. Das Schnelleinlassticket hat sich mehr als gelohnt, weil alles ohne die kleinste Wartezeit ablief. Auch der Rundgang mit dem Audioguide war sehr informativ. In den einzelnen Räumen wurden kurz die wichtigsten Informationen vermittelt, aber so, dass man nicht zu lange stehen blieb. Deshalb gab es nie Stau in einem Raum und die Schlange der Leute bewegte sich immer weiter. Wir haben die Tour sehr genossen.

Die Informationen bei der Zugfahrt war perfekt. Bei eigenen Erkunden des Garten erfährt man nie diese Highlights. Sind sehr begeistert und haben es schon unseren Freunden weiterempfohlen. Auch die Schloßführung war sehr interessant und dass man das eigene Tempo der Besichtigungsräume selbst steuern kann !

Die Fahrt war ganz gut, ab und zu stimmte das timeing von Audioguid und Fahrtabschnitt nicht bzw wurde abgebrochen/ verkürzt. Der schnelleinlass war reibungslos, die Erklärungen gut und einfach.
