A Barcellona la metropolitana funziona benissimo, ed è un peccato non usarla per spostarsi agevolmente da un punto di interesse all'altro. La Hola Barcelona diventa quindi imprescindibile. Presa online, e poi all'aeroporto al punto informazioni nella hall fuori dalla zona "Arrivi" presa la tessera cartacea mostrano la mail di prenotazione. Considerando il costo di un biglietto singolo, è un investimento da fare, soprattutto se si alloggia fuori dal centro. Consigliatissima

I didn't understand the purpose of the app at all. The electronic ticket does not work; it must be exchanged for a paper one. They offer a 10% discount when purchasing online, but this creates additional problems in figuring out what to do with it later. If it weren't for the staff, I would have spent a long time looking for where and how to exchange it for a paper one. This is not specified anywhere.

The card is worth buying in advance. You can easily collect it by the tourist info office in the airport terminal after movi g out from the luggage collection by the metro exit. and travel to the city from there by metro. Or by pendel bus. Metro is better, it takes where you want to be in town, the bus is subject to transfers. And travel in theBarcelona is so easy by metro! We recommend it!

Das Ticket war teurer als wenn ich es über TMB-Homepage gekauft hätte. Insbesondere ist es problematisch, dass das Ticket erst an einer Touristen Info erhält. Da wir in Ripollet wohnten mussten wir erst eine Einzelfahrkarte nach Barcelona kaufen um das Ticket dann zu erhalten. Das waren nochmals 5.60€ zusätzlich. Plus der zusätzliche Aufwand. Sehr ärgerlich. Wenn man das Ticket über die TMB-HOMEPAGE kauft erhält man einen Promocode der sich an jedem Ticketautomaten einlösen lässt.

Seamless activation

After you make the purchase, you’ll can redeem your card at any Tourist Information Office open between 8:30am to 7:40pm.

Flying in? Redeem it at the airport metro station to catch the metro to the city. It’s super convenient!

Just swipe your card to avail Barcelona's public transportation. The card gets activated the first time you use it.

Validity: Before activation, your pass is valid for 90 days after purchase. Your pass is activated as soon as you use it for the first time and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 48-hour pass and take any public transport at 3pm on a Monday afternoon, your pass is valid till Wednesday 3pm.

Redemption details

You will receive a QR-code mobile voucher, which must be exchanged for a physical Hola Barcelona Travel Card.

Your card can only be picked up from official Tourist Information Offices.

Airport T1 & T2 desks are open 8:30am–7:30pm. Please ensure your arrival time allows enough time to redeem.

If you arrive after the counters close, simply redeem your voucher at any city Tourist Information Office the next day.

Your travel card activates the first time you use it on Barcelona public transport.

Before first use, the voucher remains valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Your Barcelona All Inclusive Card: Museums & Transportation ticket voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Please display a printed copy of the voucher with a valid photo ID at the Tourist Information Office to get your physical tickets
