Quick and easy purchase and pickup process. Audioguide on your smartphone. It's a shame the Polish language is auto-translated—there are language errors and repetitive content. The narrator freezes. It's impossible to skip to the next paragraph.

It was very convenient not having to queue to buy tickets on site, and we appreciated the brief introduction by the guide (Lucia, if I’m not mistaken) before the visit. However, we were disappointed with the audio guide, which often stopped without allowing us to finish the narration, and it felt like nothing more than a basic web page reader (not even a very smart one).

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage cannot be taken into the Prague Castle interiors.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not permitted inside the interiors.
