Accesso semplice e come da indicazioni, abbiamo trovato il referente per la consegna dei biglietti cartacei nel luogo indicato e abbiamo avuto anche una breve presentazione introduttiva in italiano su tutta l'area del castello; l'audioguida era fatta eramente molto bene.. Consgliato!

Die Burg ist sehr schön, besonders die Kathedrale, die Menschen bilden lange Schlangen die sehr schnell abgearbeitet sind, was nicht so gut war das manche Läden nur Bargeld akzeptieren besonders in der Goldenden Gasse

Good visit! We met with people from the agency who showed us how to use the app and the map. The were very nice and help full. We liked the ideea of entering without the guide with only E-guide on your phone, because sometimes the guide moves you along and doesn't give you enough time to stay where you want. The down side of this Eguide is that not everything is on it. There are only like half of them. Beside that the eguide is very easy to listen and change between the things you want to listen. They also gave us a map to know where to go, and where can we listen the Eguide of the specific "item". The ticket is valid for 2 days, but only 1 entry for each, so you can visit half today, and half tomorrow. We did it all in a couple of hours. It wasnt very crowded at first, but by the time we reached the Golden Lane it got. We enjoyed the visit, the Cathedral was the most epic one.

Todo muy bien. Llegamos a la plaza del obelisco y allí estaba una chica con el paraguas que nos dió las entradas y nos explicó un poco el recorrido. Fue muy amable. Lo único, el precio de la entrada 32€/persona es excesivo. Si quieres subir a la torre tienes que pagar 200 coronas a parte, además la audioguía es con tu teléfono que es dificil que la batería aguante, sería más cómodo que dieran ellos un aparato de audioguía.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage cannot be taken into the Prague Castle interiors.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals.

Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly forbidden anywhere on the castle grounds.

Flash photography, tripods, and video equipment are not permitted inside the interiors.

Accessibility

Certain parts of Prague Castle may be difficult or impossible to access for wheelchair users or visitors with limited mobility.
