1. it was delightfully easy to book tickets and to pick these up from Dennis, one of the people with the blue umbrella. 2. Dennis then gave us a charming and humorous introduction to the 4 sites - including a little about himself, born in Prague of Chinese parents - Chinese Czech, or Czech Chinese, with excellent English. This i had not expected and it was greatly appreciated - especially the memorable defenestration! 3. There was enough room for everyone, it was not overcrowded by any means. We loved each of the 4 sites, the history was fascinating. in addition was the very worthwhile climb 287 steps up the St Vitus Church Tower, for fantastic views Also very helpful were plenty of places to eat. Thank you for a wonderful day!

On our first day we arrived at the cathedral and realized that tickets are required to visit all four locations, but it was already close to closing time. The next day we used Headout service and were very satisfied. We visited St. Vitus Cathedral, the Golden Lane, and the Old Royal Palace. The exhibits were impressive, although not everywhere it is clearly stated which items are originals and which are replicas, which may be a bit confusing for children. Overall, we were very happy with the experience. After visiting the cathedral, we later went to the National Museum and were able to recognize engravings depicting coronations and cathedral interiors we had just seen. A very educational and enriching experience.

Innanzi tutto la facilità nel riconoscere i nostri contatti che raggruppandoti per lingue parlate ti indicavano nel dettaglio il percorso del castello consigliando anche la priorità da dare alle visite. Con questi consigli abbiamo scelto di vedere innanzi tutto il cambio della guardia del palazzo reale per poi rientrare e vedere la basilico di San Giorgio ed il vicolo d'oro per poi fare una breve pausa per rifocillare la temperatura corporea (visto che all'esterno erano -5°C) e poi ritornare a visionare palazzo reale e cattedrale di San Vito. Bella esperienza pertanto farò altre esperienza con Headout.

Prague Castle was one of the most impressive places I have ever visited. When I arrived there, I was surprised by how large the castle was. It is not just one building, but a group of many buildings, churches, and open spaces. Walking around the castle made me feel like I was traveling back in time!! From Prague Castle, I could see the whole city of Prague. The red roofs, the river, and the old streets looked very beautiful. The view was so wonderful that I wanted to take many pictures!!

I searched the options available to visit Prague Castel and I found Headout as a good option. The view is great and we saw wonderful places. As recomandation: I would change the tickets on paper with online tickets and I would place more signs for the visitors with maps along the way to the castle.

Unser Besuch heute auf der Prager Burg war ein besonders Erlebnis! Der Empfang war sehr gut organisiert und wir waren überrascht, dass es doch eine ausführliche Einweisung auf Deutsch gab! An der Stelle nochmal einen besonderen Dank an unseren "Führer"!

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)

Optional online guide: With this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details (user name and password), allowing you to log into the online guide.

Optional audioguide is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Polish and Chinese (simplified) languages

A working internet connection is essential for the optional online audio guide to work properly.

The Prague Castle complex is a Presidential office, therefore certain buildings may be closed for operational or state-ceremonial reasons. Refunds will not be issued during such partial closures or due to change of opening hours. Please note the following dates of closure:
