Excellent service from booking on line to meeting the lounge reception staff on arrival. The lounge was busy but staff cleared away plates etc with minimal noise. We were booked a shower time on check in which worked like clockwork and we both felt refreshed after the first long haul flight and ready for the second. The shower cubical was clean with fluffy towels and toiletry's provided. We would not hesitate to book again

The lounge was good , however for the price paid the food selection was not great - adequate menu. Washrooms ( ladies ) needs more attention. Also when we tried to find a seat we noted many of the areas near vacant seats had previous passengers used plates and glasses still not removed

The staff are friendly. The temperature was extremely cold; I was shivering at one point. Need to have more food options and fruit options. Shower was great. Warm and cozy. The free massage was misleading - while booking it doesn't say that's it's only available on gate 16 lounge.

Brilliant and exactly what I needed. I was on a quick layover after a 13h flight and was in desperate need of freshening up before my upcoming 10h flight. It was clean; staff were friendly and I was able to relax before getting a lovely shower. Absolutely brilliant

Really great experience, loved their shower facility really menas a lot after houra of waiting and to get that hot bath with their amenities. Things to improve would be bit more variety of food, than some main courses that might not be favourable to all travellera

It was pretty average, was quite busy and not many comfortable seating for resting before a long flight. Area was quite small and crowded, although the food and drinks was unlimited and included in the reservation price. The food was pretty generic and basic.

The lounge was was great, not overcrowded, food and drink on offer. The best part of the whole lounge experience is the use of the shower failities pre flight, makes all the doifference when tracelling internationally.

A great place to wind down and refresh after a long flight from Australia and prepare for a longer flight to Milan. Shower was excellent!

I booked at 9pm after hours of flying, the people are the front were lovely, the food was hot and delicious, there was plenty of space of everyone that wanted to be there. And the shower was amazing!! It made my layover so easy!
