The food was very traditionally prepared with the authentic tasting experience given for a traveller like me who was tired and needed energy recovery for the next leg. Overall service of the staffs was very receptive and understood the needs of the guest and also welcomed suggestions. Keep up the good work!!!

Great product especially for the long stopover we had. The massage and shower were very much appreciated and helped us for our forward journey. The staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. We will visit again for sure on any Hong Kong visit.

All of the staff were so helpful and lovely. It was quite late at night that we used the Lounge but the food was so lovely and all fresh still - was a lovely visit

The service was excellent as was the food, which was varied and tasty. The seating was comfortable with places to charge up my phone and laptop. The shower was clean and well stocked, spacious enough to change with two carry on bags in tow (and without getting them wet from the shower). I would definitely book again. A great way to spend a 3 hour layover.

Wenn man einen langen Layover zu verbringen hat, ist dies eine angenehme Art. Das Essen ist hervorragend und die Auswahl an Getränken auch. Zusätzlich kann man duschen und eine 10 minütige Massage genießen. Leider war die Lounge am Freitagabend etwas voll und damit nicht ganz so ruhig wie das Mal zuvor.

What to expect

Once inside, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink and guided to a comfy seat. Sit back and enjoy a freshly prepared meal from the buffet menu, served right to your table. You’ll also have access to a wide range of drinks, including premium wines, cocktails, and spirits.

Need to freshen up? Shower facilities with towels and toiletries are available (first-come, first-served). You’ll also get free Wi-Fi, plenty of charging points, and flight updates right on screen so you can unwind without worrying about your gate. Choose from 3, 6, 8, or 12-hour access—perfect whether you’re on a short layover or a long stop between flights.

Additional information

Complimentary amenities for shower facilities includes shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, bath towel, dental kit, comb, shower cap, vanity kit, and hairdryer.

Complimentary 30-min usage on a first-come-first-served basis and reservations can be made at the reception.

If you’re uncomfortable sleeping on flights, catch up on some sleep in the lounge bay.
