We had a good experience. Was a little confusing at first and a tad little restless already coming from 14 hours flying and airport waiting. Initially tricky to understand the system for booking showers and massage however once settled became relaxed. We had booked the sit down meal which highly recommended - food was amazing! Shower rooms also great and helps make you feel refreshed. Would use again for sure

Pros: The staff were excellent, and the chairs were comfortable. It was a nice touch to provide blankets and pillows. The shower amenities were good, although the 30-minute time limit felt a bit rushed. The food and drink selection was solid, and the price for an 8-hour stay was very reasonable. Cons: The lounge was advertised as having loungers, but there were none in the Terminal 1 lounge, which was disappointing. While an à la carte option is available, hot meal service is limited—you can choose either breakfast or lunch during your stay, not both, which was restrictive for the 8 hour time period we were there. Definitely would book again when passing through HK Airport.

Fabulous thank you! Beautiful food and drinks. 10min neck massage was superb! The only thing I would ask is that people don't sit in the al a carte area with their phones on speaker and listening to their loud conversations was disruptive to what was a beautiful experience.

das gesamte Personal war sehr nett. die Massage auf einer langen Reise war sehr wohltuend und die Dusche gibt einem das Gefühl, dass man wieder unter Menschen treten kann ohne zu denken "oh gott, ich stinke". das essenangebot war sehr umfangreich und köstlich.

The best lounges I ever been, the food is great and comfy couch. The staff is really friendly and good service. I enjoyed also the massage. It's so relaxing, must recommended for a long travel.

What to expect

Once inside, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink and guided to a comfy seat. Sit back and enjoy a freshly prepared meal from the à la carte menu, served right to your table. You’ll also have access to a wide range of drinks, including premium wines, cocktails, and spirits. Feeling tired? Head over for a free 10-minute neck and shoulder massage to loosen up before boarding.

Need to freshen up? Shower facilities with towels and toiletries are available (first-come, first-served). You’ll also get free Wi-Fi, plenty of charging points, and flight updates right on screen so you can unwind without worrying about your gate. Choose from 3, 6, 8, or 12-hour access—perfect whether you’re on a short layover or a long stop between flights.

Additional information

Complimentary amenities for shower facilities includes shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, bath towel, dental kit, comb, shower cap, vanity kit, and hairdryer.
