We had a great time at the Petronas Tour. The views inside were as spectacular as seen when below. We booked our tickets via Headout - fast, easy confirmation with our QR codes and had clear instructions as well. Overall, glad we booked online on HO for a hassle free tour. Our family loved it!!

Loved the ease of booking in headout and redemption of voucher at the venue. A bit higher on price but I was not getting Petronas towers ticket anywhere else, so thank you Headout to save the day. Overall great memories I am going back with. Thankyou.

The management using Headout was very simple and convenient, everything was made easier, and there was no need to queue for a long time to buy tickets. However, the timing for the combo package needs to be explained more clearly. When I bought the 10 a.m. ticket, I went to Aquaria first and then to the Petronas Twin Towers. The staff informed me that I needed to arrive at the Petronas Twin Towers 15 minutes earlier. The ticket only stated one time slot for the Aquaria + Petronas Twin Towers combo. For improvement, perhaps Headout could suggest that customers visit the Petronas Twin Towers first according to the scheduled time, and then go to Aquaria afterward. But overall, everything was enjoyable and wonderful! an experience I’ll remember forever.

Visiting the Petronas Twin Towers was one of the highlights of our Malaysia trip. The entire experience was very well organized, from ticket entry to the guided flow inside the towers. The views from the Skybridge and the observation deck were absolutely breathtaking, especially seeing Kuala Lumpur from such a height. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. The timing was well managed, so there was no rush, and we had enough time to take photos and enjoy the surroundings. The information shared during the visit added great value and helped us appreciate the architecture and history of the towers. Booking the tickets was simple and hassle-free, and everything went exactly as promised. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—it’s truly iconic and worth every moment.

Great experience. Plenty of time at each stop. Brilliant views of the city & for someone who doesn't like heights a safe situation. Nice to end at the cafe, again with excellent views. Highly recommended.

The Petronas Twin Towers stand tall and proud at 452 meters off the ground. If you think the towers look impressive from the outside, wait till you’re inside! Zoom up in a high-speed, futuristic elevator that takes you to the 41st and 42nd floors, where the unique SkyBridge exists. The highest 2-story bridge in the world that connects the twin towers together is a true sight to behold! Go further up to the 86th floor where the observation deck promises panoramic views of the city you’ll cherish forever!
