We had a really fun and interesting time with our guide Fil. He really loves Krakow and it's culture and showed us a lot of special hidden places. He really was able to bring history to life, sometimes he even shared his personal memories of certain places. He also had a lot of recommendations for places to eat which were fantastic. If it wasn't for his guidance, the museum would have been a bit overwhelming. All in all, we learned a lot and feel much more familiar with the entire area. Absolutely recommended!

Ewa was amazing , so knowledgeable and interesting I learnt so much . Thank you The pace and route of the tour gives a real understanding of what it must have been like living through these awful times . The layout of the museum is superb ! My one thought would be I would like to go back with what I now know and look more closely at photos and displays in the museum .

Kazimierz – Jewish Quarter

Once the vibrant heart of Krakow’s Jewish community, Kazimierz is home to centuries-old synagogues, markets, and post-war revival.

This former walled area bears witness to the tragic history of Krakow’s Jewish population during WWII.

Fragments that remain: Walk through streets of the former ghetto, see preserved sections of the original wall, and visit the “Under the Eagle” Pharmacy.

Heroes’ Square: End the tour at this haunting memorial, where 68 empty chairs symbolize the lives lost and the stories left behind.
