What to bring

• Bring your smartphone with a stable internet connection to activate your voucher on-site; screenshots and printouts are not accepted.

• Exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket at the museum ticket counter on the day of your visit.

• Students must present a valid student ID to redeem student tickets.

• Bring your passport if you wish to purchase discounted tickets for the disabled at the facility.

What’s not allowed

• Food and beverages are not allowed inside the museum or the Floating Garden Observatory.

• Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs.

• Photography is only allowed at the entrance, observation area, and museum café; photography is not permitted in the exhibition zone or 3D theater.

• Re-entry to the museum is permitted only on the same day; re-entry to the Floating Garden Observatory is not allowed.

• Workshops require advance reservation via the official website.

• Tickets for the Floating Garden Observatory for children aged 4–12 must be purchased separately on site.

• All tickets purchased in a single transaction must be used together and cannot be used separately.

• Tickets are valid only on the day of the experience; no date changes or refunds are permitted.

• The museum is closed on Tuesdays (or the following weekday if Tuesday is a national holiday), December 30–January 3, and during exhibition change periods.

• Admission is free for elementary school students and younger.

• The museum shop and Tenku café are available for your visit; purchases are not included in your ticket.

• Workshops are available but require advance reservation and may incur additional fees.

• The experience is not valid on special business days such as Yodogawa Fireworks Festival days.
