Honestly ive never been one to go on rides because the lines are always long. Purchasing the express pass was a lifesaver, ive never boarded a ride so fast in my life. Thank you so much! Made my wife so happy because its our honeymoon and she wasnt expecting to enjoy the rides.

Headout were super helpful in our trip to universal studios Japan. The tickets on the app were easy to access which enabled simple access to the park. We had a brilliant day at Universal - enjoying all the rides - in particular Harry Potter World.

using an express pass it helps a lot because it only takes a little time to get inside to take a rides, a bit expensive but worth it to have an express pass when you want to try a lot of rides thank you and hope I can go back again in osaka

Thanks to this ticket, I finished almost all important rides and theme park that needed to be visited, beside Headout purpose interesting fares compared to the official page of Osaka Universal Studio. I had so much fun , great day.

Love it, the park was great and the decoration of the park is really good. Definitly a recommadation. Also the app worked nicely and it was very easy to find everything inside the app.

Todo bien con los tickets , corresponden a lo comprado pero lo único que no entendí es porque me pusieron para las atracciones que pagué como Nintendo world, yoshi adventure el horario más tarde a las 8pm o 9pm cuando el parque cierra a las 10 pm , tuve que esperar hasta esa hora para entrar a Nintendo world y las otras atracciones obviamente no es lo mismo de noche que de día y eso me decepcionó , el parque tiene muchas tiendas de shopping y para comer muchas cosas, tiene más tiendas que juegos realmente y eso también me dejó como decepcionada, pero el parque en general es muy bonito y es súper realista las construcciones , entonces si vale la pena conocerlo una vez

Headout made our Universal Studios Japan visit much easier. The booking process was simple, the tickets were delivered without issues, and using the Express Pass helped us avoid long waits. I rated it 4 stars because a bit more guidance before arrival would have improved the experience, but overall I was very satisfied.

It was okay. Not all the rides are made for bigger dudes. I paid for the express pass to the Hollywood ride and wasn't able to ride. All in all it was a nice theme park but regrettably their hours weren't updated on google so we went late thinking they close at 10 pm. They closed at 7.

Fun exprerience! Flying dragon was amazing, and the jaws boat ride was suprisingly good. On the other side : there were too long quoes all over, so it would be impossible to be there without express passes. Harry potter ride was dissapointing, but the visuals there was great.

Our visit despite alot of rain in the afternoon was wonderful! Express pass was a disipointment beacuse it allowed only one Express entry per ride!! We went to universal studios in Florida last year and there was no limitation as far as we experiened.
