I felt the tour covered the highlights in the Niagara area and additional the tour guide pointed out other sights not included in our tour to check out on our own, which was appreciated. Thank you headout.

The friendliness and knowledge of the guide. He made the trip perfect. The Falls and all we saw was wonderful but history of them and the area made it so much more interesting.

The best part of our experience was Cheryl our tour guide. She was knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. We chose this package because it included lunch in the tower but it did not. Cheryl contacted Headout for a partial refund for that part of the package. . Headout needs to correct their advertising. The person representing Headout & communicating with us before the tour made our experience stressful. They couldn't provide our tickets even though I had paid for the tour a week in advance. Trying to communicate with the Headout representative via email and text message was rediculous and nonproductive. They couldn't provide us a pickup location for the tour until the night before. Leading up to the tour with all the text messages & emails of excuses & lack of their inability to provide the pickup location made feel I had been scammed until Cheryl pulled up to pick us up for the tour.

There's just too much to share specifically, but your tour guide Jessica is a 10. My husband was having difficulty with the walking and she just took over and made it an unforgettable day for him. This was a bucket list trip for him at 86 and he's still raving 4 hours later and will continue I'm sure. And, I must say it wasn't all about the sights, but all the information Jessica shared.

The tour guide provide time for us to take in the beauty of every site while also keeping us on a timely schedule for a full experience. Adam's knowledge of the area and kind spirit allowed for every member of our tour to experience the best that Buffalo, NY has to offer!

Getting information, instructions, and updates in advance, the day prior, and day of the tour including the pick up location and tour stops was extremely helpful. Dana the drive was so kind and very knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience all around.

Enjoy a full day small group tour of Niagara Falls on both US and Canadian sides with hotel pickup, scenic viewpoints, and cross border travel.

Benefit from an expert English speaking guide, round trip hotel transport in Niagara Falls US and Canada, and entry to all major attractions.

Step into Cave of the Winds, feel Bridal Veil spray, then ride Maid of the Mist, a seasonal boat replaced by similar value experiences.

During the winter, when the Maid of the Mist is unavailable, descend for Journey Behind the Falls to feel the thundering curtain up close. You will then ascend Skylon Tower for sweeping panoramas of all three falls.

Upgrade to the tour option with bridge tolls included so your cross border drives stay cash free and you can focus fully on the views and stories.
