Le temps très pluvieux n'a pas permis d'apprécier à sa juste valeur la découverte de ces lieux. Belle expérience avec le souffleur de verre sur Murano. Burano est très jolie et mériterai d'être visitée avec plus de temps (on ne peut rien faire en 50 minutes) La 3em île (10 habitants) pourrait être supprimée ce qui permettrait d'avoir plus de temps sur les deux précédentes

was raining but still had a good day. Lovely Islands. About 50 min on each Island. Not a lot to do on them if you don't have a lot of cash to spend, except for the last one. Toilets were on the islands for a cost. The guide was difficult to understand as her English was very accented and fast.

The tour was very well organised and indications to collect the tickets and how to arrive to the boat were very clear. The guide explained the landmarks during the boat trip and all staff was very helpful and friendly and provided useful advise.

La guida parla sul traghetto con microfono in due/tre lingue peccato che, con il rumore dei motori e le casse non perfettamente funzionanti, non si capiva sempre quello che diceva. Si inizia con visitare una fabbrica del vetro a Murano e poi rimane un po' di tempo per camminare per Murano, il cui tempo complessivo, fabbrica compresa, è di 50 minuti che è lo stesso tempo a disposizione che si ha per visitare Torcello e Burano. Se si parte alle 10:30 è consigliato portarsi qualcosa da mangiare visto il poco tempo a disposizione. A Torcello c'è una gastronomia con dei tavolini fuori per mangiare qualcosa velocemente ma dopo non rimane molto per andare a visitare la Chiesa. Avere 15/20 minuti in più a Burano l'avrei apprezzato. Infine, non si capisce perché in biglietteria ti chiedono di dare il cellulare invece di farsi dettare il numero di prenotazione. Si riceve una mail dove appare solo il numero e non c'è il QrCode. Ho avuto difficoltà ad accedere all'App e ho dovuto chiedere assistenza in chat per parlare prima con l'AI e, infine, dopo aver aspettato, sono riuscita a chattare con una persona e farmi inviare, il giorno prima, i biglietti via email dove non appariva nessuno codice a barre. Le due impiegate in biglietteria erano alquanto contrariate al mio rifiuto di consegnare in mano a loro il mio Smartphone che, fina prova contraria, è un oggetto personale e, in secondo luogo, non garantisce igiene. Del resto, per 5 euro in più rispetto al prezzo del biglietto del traghetto giornaliero, si può fare perché non si deve fare la coda per salire sui traghetti normali.

Murano and Burano were lovely. Wish we'd have had longer on Burano to enjoy a spot of lunch. Just not long enough. The tannoy system on the 2nd boat was very muffled so couldn't hear what the tour guide was saying.
