We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service of the tour company. Our ship docked later than expected, and the ferry took longer to get to Venice. I called to see if we could get a later scheduled tour because we missed ours. I couldn't get through and thought we just missed everything. However, shortly after I received a return call and said we could meet the tour guide at the Saint Mark Square. We met her and she took us through the the line area and we were able to have our tour. She saved the day and we were very happy.

It was easy to get our tickets once we were in Venice. The tour company communicated with us well and we knew where to go. We only waited about 15 minutes in line but that was because we arrived early. Once our time slot was up we went right in. We only had our ear buds with an audio tour but for us that was enough. I only wish we had added the extra tour choices so we could have seen more. Such a beautiful place. A great value for the tour price.
