La visita fue muy interesante y el grupo no demasiado grande, por lo que disfrutamos más de la visita y pudimos interactuar y preguntar a nuestra guía con más facilidad. MARINA, nuestra guía tenía conocimientos históricos, artísticos y curiosidades que hacía la visita buena para todo tipo de personas. Lo único criticable se debió a los cambios de información que por email se enviaron cambiando horas y puntos de encuentro. Éramos un grupo de amigos que recibimos cambios entre las 10.00 y las 11.00 y junto a la Torre del reloj o la entrada al palacio ducal Podíamos haber perdido el tour por ese motivo. La información directa de la guía por WhatsApp lo solucionó

Easy to follow instructions, found our guide easily. The earphone and speaker we were each given was amazing. My husband wears hearing aids and worried he might not be able to hear, but even if a way away from your tourguide you don't miss anything with the earpiece. Our guide was fantastic, hearing bits from someone born and raised lin Venice was great! Basilica, Douges Palace, bit of the dungeons and glass demo! Highly recommend, well worth the price.

Respecto al puente de los suspiros, no es gran cosa, lo atraviesas por el interior y no tiene nada de especial salvo el origen de su nombre.

La guida Alessia parlava un inglese molto chiaro e quello che ha raccontato era molto interessante. È stato facile trovare il gruppo all'inizio e siamo stati informati in tempo di tutti i cambiamenti necessari. La basilica e unica e bellissima ... bisogna vederla! il Duomo anche ...Contiene tanti capolavori di famosi artisti veneziani ...

The start at starting point was horrible- first of all we had to wait for the tour to start for more than half an hour- not sure why, gueas because the radios came in late. While waiting the information could have been announced loudly not just for people standing nearby guides. It is digital times people, I am sure can sort it out without printing papers. Felt like 20th century. Guide Grace was passive aggressive. I felt like she was a stressed police woman not a guide who should be calm and nice. She shouldn't be talking to tourists at all. Very aggressive, rude and never smiling

Photography at St. Marks Basilica is forbidden

Accessibility

Both venues are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, although the Secret Itineraries tour at the Doge's Palace is not suitable for wheelchair users

A ramp is available at the Porta del Fiori (Door of Flowers) entrance on the left-hand side of the basilica.

Additional information

All guests must wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees to enter the basilica.

The Correr Museum, Biblioteca Maricana and Archeological Museum can be enteres within 6 months from the date of booking.
