Abbiamo deciso di fare il tour all'ultimo momento e siamo finiti con un gruppo inglese/spagnolo. La nostra guida era Beatrice, una ragazza veramente bravissima che ci ha spiegato tutto in modo dettagliato! Poi si è anche preoccupata di chiederci se avessimo capito tutto e in caso ce lo avrebbe rispiegato in italiano (ma fortunatamente capivamo inglese). Se vi dovesse capitare lei come guida allora vi assicuro che è una garanzia! Grazie mille!!

Our Guide Elizabeth was very nice. Audio equipment can be improved as it was difficult to hear through the device as the noise from the boat interfered a lot. I am sure something can be done about it. Otherwise the trip was nice and punctual. One more thing the link at the beginning shows a different place. A different square is marked on it.

Det var et minne for livet. En fantastisk båttur med en hyggelig og bli guide. På Murano fikk vi se glass blåsing av utrolig dyktig mester og de utrolig tingene de lager. Selv øyen var også utrolig fin. Dere etter gikk turen til Bueno med di farge rike husene og en unik atmosfære. Turen kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

The tour was great but you guys said the boat was leaving at 10:30 and instead it was leaving at 10:00. Thank god I got there early or I would have missed it

Thankyou so much for a wonderful tour, the boat ride with our great tour guide and her languages for different countries ,we loved her English part spoke so clearly and a bit of humour. The glass blowing was very interesting and enjoyable, .we loved Burano,the story of the brightly coloured houses. Thankyou, in my next visit , I will use this company. I'm from Cape town South Africa.. I love Italy, I will return

Alilaguna staff were really helpful and informative. The tour itself was great, the glass blowing demonstration was spectacular. The 3 islands we visited were beautiful. Another time we would opt for a tour to stay a little longer on the islands. The only problem was that the Headout company gave us the wrong start time for the tour. We started from StLucia Railway Station and the tour started half an hour earlier so we missed our boat. Tha Alilaguna staff were great and rebooked everything. The other problem was locating the Alilaguna staff, again Headout gave poor directions. The tour staff are located inside the tourist information office, not near it. We wasted a lot of time looking for a separate office. However, the price of tour was excellent..really good value for money

The entire trip and service were fantastic. The islands were amazing. The only complaint I have is the time spent on each island. Each island took about an hour, which is definitely too short for exploring Burrano.
