Spiega tutto in modo chiaro e appassionante, senza mai annoiare. Si vede che ama quello che fa e ha una cultura pazzesca. Empatico: Si è messo subito in sintonia con tutto il gruppo. Ha capito i nostri ritmi, ha ascoltato le nostre curiosità e ha reso tutti partecipi, dai più grandi ai più piccoli. Ti fa sentire a casa dal primo minuto. Preparato: Organizzazione impeccabile. Zero tempi morti, zero stress. Sapeva rispondere a qualsiasi domanda, anche le più strane, e ci ha dato un sacco di dritte utili anche per il resto della vacanza. Professionale: Puntuale, disponibile, attento a ogni dettaglio e sempre col sorriso. Ha gestito tutto alla perfezione e in più ci ha fatto morire dal ridere. Una garanzia assoluta. Excellent experience. Jamie our tour guide spoke very good english. The tour was educational with light humour. One hour was perfect. We were hoping the bell tower was part of the tour but is an additional 4 euros which is obviously not a problem but needed additional time to do and our party wanted to move on. I think the views would have been worth the 200 step climp.

The instructions where to meet our guide were very clear. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us insights we would never have picked up if we had simply done the tour by ourselves. He was interesting and had some nice humour. Well worth the price we paid.

Je crois que notre guide s'appelait Gloria. Elle est très intéressante et intarissable sur l'histoire de la mosquée et de la cathédrale. Nous étions "ses petits poussins ", comme elle aimait nous appeler, le temps de la visite. Un grand merci Gloria

Well organised. Jose a lovely guy who made the tour really interesting. Had all the facts to hand and conveyed them well . So much better than trying to understand it through online guidance. Very little wiring and easy entry. Worth every penny.
