Sur le site il était précisé de venir 15 min avant et finalement on nous a envoyé un whatsapp message en nous demandant d'y être 30 minutes avant ce qui n'était pas possible car le taxi était déjà réservé. En arrivant impossible de trouver le guide sur place et l'assistance nous disait d'aller voir le guide mais introuvable. C'est honteux on nous a bloqué nos téléphones et on nous a laissé comme ça devant sans pouvoir rentrer et visiter pourtant tout était payé. Je ne recommande pas Headout c'est la 1ere fois et la dernier fois

Es war extrem schwierig, das Ticket zu erhalten, weil es offenbar falsche Ansagen zum Ort der einlösung gab. Fußweg 40 Minuten, verpasster Timeslot im Colosseum, echt misslich. Warum kann man das Ticket nicht online erhalten? Dann mehrfach petsönliche Kontakte in 2 Büros, superfreundlich, super hilfreich. Ich würde dieses Ticket nie wieder buchen, zu unklar, was damit geht, zu teuer, zu analog.
