What’s not allowed

• Re-entry is not allowed.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Babies in arms are not allowed during the boat ride.

Accessibility

• Baby prams must be left at the designated drop-off point; management is not responsible for loss or damage.

• Madame Tussauds Singapore is wheelchair-friendly with elevator assistance (limited capacity).

• Wheelchair rentals are not available.

• All wax figures are displayed on the ground floor.

Additional information

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Children under 12 or below 1.4m must be accompanied during the boat ride.

• Guests may touch and pose with figures; handle with care.

• Some experiences may be unavailable due to maintenance or operational reasons.

• Madame Tussauds Singapore will return to operating hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Last admission at 5:00 PM), effective Monday, 15 June 2026. Last VR (Racing and Thrillcoaster) redemption is at 5:00PM.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
