Drape in tradition
Your experience begins as soon as you arrive at the location, a mere 3-minute walk to Kiyomizu Temple. You'll be presented with your chosen Kimono package, inclusive of an undershirt, a Kimono, a band, a bag, Zori sandals, and an Obi tie (as per option selected). Subsequently, the expert staff will assist you in the dressing process, which usually takes around 15-30 minutes. Prepare to be transported into an era of elegance and sophistication as you wear the Kimono.
Choose your style
Go for the Omakase/Men's/Kids' Kimono (Yukata) Course if you want a simple, classic look. Opt for the Kimono Optional Course to customize your style or the Special Kimono (Yukata) Course for premium, high-end designs. The latter boasts a premium Kimono highly recommended by Shiki Sakura and even provides an option to change the Taiko drum without any extra charges. Regardless of your choice, you're sure to leave with a deeper appreciation and understanding of Japanese culture and tradition.

It will take 15-30 minutes to get ready, depending on the chosen kimono course. During tourist season, weekends, and holidays, it may take an extra 30 minutes to an hour for the guests to return home.

The waiting room has a capacity of approx 10 guests. Ensure that children are accompanied by a guardian while waiting.
