Nettes Personal in beiden Bussen. Geschickte Fahrer in Baustellen und engen Gassen. Leider hat es reingeregnet und gezogen. Für eine grobe Orientierung ist die 90min Fahrt ok gewesen.

Buses were on time and commentary was helpful as were the guides on the bus. Good way to see a lot of the city without having to walk in a heatwave. However when we went to the gondola cruise the ticket no longer scanned and said it was expired. We had to call the company to sort it out. The gondola pilot told us the same thing happened last week with a group of 11 and he was still waiting to be paid. He said he would let us on anyway as he didn't want us to have a bad impression of Poland. He was a credit to his country and we left him a good tip in case he didn't get paid. The bus company really need to sort this as it could have spoiled our day

The audio guide is informative and interesting, in Krakow there are a lot to talk about. The background music was too loud, I have to constantly adjust volume after a voice section. Buy the ticket in advance via headout app from Jordan group directly, that is the cheapest way to get it. We did the full circle but 1.5 hours in one shot is way to much, take at least one break.

Very nice personel. Negative: There are no special signposts where the buses stop, no timetables. I walked all the way to bus stop Nr. 1 (Galaxy Hotel) to get hold of a flyer. In all other cities in Europe where I used hoponhopoff, tickets were sold all over the towns and there was much more advertising

Very comprehensive and well-curated sightseeing route; you do see a very large portion of the city on the tour and it's a very pleasant atmosphere. The headphones handed out (and I do mean headphones as opposed to disposable earphones) are of good quality. The only slight critique is that the narration of the audio tour is not so easy yo follow and it cuts out in parts.

Not worth it. It's convenient because it goes around the city, but mainly we could see anything. The bus had a cover roof and the sites we were supposed to see were either covered or the audio guide was not in sync. Funny how a country that has tourism and tourists attractions can be so rude with people that came here to spend money....
