La guía dentro de la catedral muy buena. Supo rellenar el tiempo de espera necesario para entrar en la catedral con información sobre el monumento y el contexto histórico. En lo que se refiere al autobús, el recorrido permite disfrutar de vistas de la ciudad y conocer los exteriores.

I really liked that the routes opened up our horizon to different places we never even thought of visiting. It was accessible and employees were very nice and history was very interesting, but sometimes it started too early before we got to see the view it was talking about. Also had issues with the app where it shows when the buss will arrive at the specific station but it never matched nor it gave accurate time as to when it will come. Once it did not come at all and the app did not have that information. Overall good experience

I'm sorry I didn't ride HOHO tour at Florence due to the rain. Therefore, I couldn't provide a rating. However, I would like to request a refund due to a duplicate payment. I bought 2 tickets on October 24, 2025 for October 30th ride but it didn't show on the Headout app. I had to buy it again on October 29th, 2025 in order to use it on October 30th. Please let me know how to submit a refund request. Thank you

En général, expérience satisfaite. Mais le mercredi 17 septembre nous avons attendu pour rien le premier bus de 12h30 qui ne s'est jamais présenté. Alors celui de 13h30 est arrivé, et n'a donné aucune explication ni excuse pour ce double temps d'attente au soleil, au coin d'une rue super passante et bruyante.... mais bon, nous sommes en Italie et nous en sommes heureux !!!

We waited one hour at Serristori for Bus B two days ago. There was none although on the time table on place. The other day we took notice that there is only one Bus every two hours instead of every hour as announced. Why no notice of that on the stops or in the internet? Very annoying!

There are 2 lines. The 1 has frequent busses, and the other not. I was aware of it before hand, so we made sure that we knew exactly where and when the bus would stop. Unfortunately it was quite crowded at the bus stop, and the driver stopped without opening the doors. We waved our arms, and tried to get their attention. But they just rode off. So we could only use 50% of our ticket. That was disappointing.

The hop on hop off bus tour route B (red route) was too infrequent we waited 1.5 hours for the bus to arrive. We arrived at the bus stop for 12.30. The timetable at the bus stop said there would be a bus at 13.05 but it didn't arrive. The next bus arrived at 14.05. The app was unclear about the location of the buses and what time they were due toarrive. The cathedral tour was very good

Passengers with wheelchairs are required to secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is in motion. The wheelchair must be locked with its brakes and placed in the designated space.

The service provider allows only one wheelchair on the bus at a time.

Please note that the Red Line will be suspended on weekdays from 3 November 2025 to 31 March 2026, but will operate daily with a limited schedule from 20 December 2025 to 6 January 2026.
