Le parcours du bus donne vraiment une bonne idée de la ville et la visite du musée est très intéressante tant pour le côté historique que les explications sur les volcans avec un aperçu de ce que l'on ressentirait dans une maison si une éruption survenait. Le musée de la guerre au dernier étage est lui très émouvant.

We used the bus on 3 days of our trip (4 if you count using the Waiheke Island bus). It was a great way to get around. The buses are regular. You get a great sense of the city. Between us hubby enjoyed MOTAT, I enjoyed the Cathedral and Parnell Road Shops, we both enjoyed the walk up Mt Eden where the views are spectacular, the many views of the city and harbour/Bay. We really enjoyed the bus rides. Staff were helpful. The company really do care that passengers have a positive experience.

Just that you can hop on, hop off.....pick the places you want to see.....spend as much time as you want there then hop back on. Oh, and the adorable cute Kiwi birds at the zoo. You can have either a one or two day pass but make sure you maximise your time. Down side was the rude travel guide/tourist who legged it to the bus, went upstairs then stopped other paying passengers from sitting in seats because she was saving them for her friends who hadn't even payed yet.

I loved the way all the staff were pleasant and polite. I also liked that I could do a variety of things on each of the two loops and that they worked well in being able to change to the other loop.

I think it's an overall ok tour. It's a lot longer than expected. We wanted to go to aquarium but it took 2hrs to reach there. All of a sudden red tour becomes blue, no one explains at beginning how it is actually. Also aircon in bus was not working. I was more distressed due to hot weather rather than being able to pay attention to audio. When tour was about to end, they fixed aircon and it went so loud, that it was impossible to hear any audio.

Gave a good overall view of Auckland. Did the red and blue tours. If you want a good view of the city in the surrounding areas, this is the way to go.

What's not allowed

Large pieces of luggage are not allowed onboard. However, you can carry small bags like handbags and backpacks onboard the bus.
