I recently visited the zoo and had a truly wonderful experience. The zoo was clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The animal enclosures were spacious and designed to look as natural as possible, which made it enjoyable to watch the animals comfortably moving around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and clear signboards made it easy to navigate through different sections. I especially enjoyed seeing the lions, giraffes, and elephants up close. The shaded walking paths, rest areas, and food stalls made the visit comfortable and relaxing. It was a perfect place to visit with family and friends, and also very educational for children. I would highly recommend this zoo to anyone looking for a fun and refreshing outdoor experience.

I recently visited Emirates Park Zoo with my family, and it was a truly delightful experience. The zoo is clean, beautifully organized, and very family-oriented. There are plenty of interactive activities for children, including feeding sessions and close-up encounters with the animals. The staff were warm, helpful, and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. The animals look healthy and well taken care of, and the environment is safe and enjoyable. My family especially loved the giraffe feeding and the bird show! Overall, Emirates Park Zoo is a perfect destination for families looking to spend a relaxed and educational day together. We would definitely love to visit again.

Parking space is limited, and visitors may need to use alternative options—AED 30 to leave car keys or AED 70 for VIP parking. The entrance process is very well organized and smooth, with no issues encountered. Some animals were unavailable due to maintenance, including the bear, which was a bit disappointing. Animal feeding experiences are charged separately at each location, with prices ranging from AED 10 to AED 25, which feels overpriced. Certain animals, such as the hippo, cost as much as AED 65. The shows are enjoyable and well presented, and overall the experience is above average. However, considering the extra costs, it’s not something I would choose to repeat.

The Emirates Zoo is a wonderful place that offers both entertainment and education. We visited it as a family and truly enjoyed our time together there. We purchased Emirates Zoo tickets through Headout, and the process was very easy and smooth. The price was cheaper than buying tickets directly at the zoo, which was a great bonus. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the zoo.

Feeding the animals with food other than animal food purchased from the zoo feeding station is not permitted.

Climbing on or crossing over any fences or safety barriers is not allowed.

Teasing the animals, throwing rocks, trash, or any items into the animal enclosures is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed on this experience.

Safety is a priority so Zoo Zip and Big Climb are restricted for guests under the height of 1.4m (4.59ft), and Junior Climb is for guests between 110 cm and 135 cm in height.
