Lunch was fantastic, easily the best meal we had during our 11-night stay in Spain and Portugal. Cons - There was little explanation about the wine, no real mention of Port or the history of the Port houses, and the wine offered wasn’t local. The walk from the boat to the bank at the end was steep, and there was no mention of whether a train ticket was included.CClare E

Local historical knowledge linked with a keen sense of humour and joy made it a memorable trip along a beautiful valley.
