La experiencia fue buena, aunque como llegamos 2h antes de la hora de la entrada al coliseo no nos dejarón ver primero el foro romano y el palatino antes de entrar al coliseo. Y dentro del coliseo la organización de las rutas están muy mal de manera que si querias subir a las plantas superiores luego al bajar no te dejaban volver para visitar la parte de la arena y por fuera del coliseo tampoco nos dejaron entrar al llevar una entrada full experience.

Highly recommend! The tour was really good and we really enjoyed it and it added a lot to our experience. Our guide, Claudia, was amazing. She was so sweet, knew a lot, and her English was really good and understandable. Also from the company's side, there was always a human response available to talk to for any problem, and they made sure we got safely to the tour and to the meeting point. One of the best tours I've been on!

An excellent tour guide Catalina brought everything to life. So knowledgeable and engaging. Crown tours were also brilliant. Lots of communication ahead of the tour and very clear instructions on meeting points etc. one thing to remember though that your name should accurately match what is written on the ID Documentation.

Well in my experience it went well for me. I first reserve my standard ticket to Roma colosseum using this app. And then too late for me to read many negative review for this app and it worries me a lot. But thankfully when i claim my ticket, it gives me no hasle and the qr works😂. Thank you head out.

Visiting the Colosseum was truly one of the highlights of Rome. Seeing this world-famous landmark in person is absolutely breathtaking, especially knowing its rich history and scale. The structure is massive, and walking through it really makes you imagine life in ancient Rome.

Il tour è ben organizzato, la guida era preparata e ha raccontato con passione quello che andava raccontato. Avrei preferito che il giro ai fori durasse un pò di più. Sono molto grandi e per via del tempo limitato del tour alla fine si è visto davvero poco.

What's not allowed

Large backpacks, and luggage are not allowed inside the venue.

No storage facility is available. You can, however, take a baby stroller into the Colosseum with you, should it be necessary.

Additional information

Names are mandatory for Colosseum bookings. Double-check the names at checkout for a hassle-free entry. Be sure to bring a valid photo ID with you to gain entry.

Please note that timed priority entry is only available at the Colosseum, but the tickets for the Forum and Palatine will remain valid for an additional 24 hours after the Colosseum entry time selected during booking.

Note that there are 2 entrances: one for the Colosseum, and another for the Roman Forum & Palatine Hill (combined). You may enter each entrance ONLY ONCE and not re-enter.

The security check can take 30 mins or more. To make the process quicker, please insert any object (including mobile phone) in the bag/backpack or in the tray to be included in the X-ray.

Going for the audio guide? Simply ensure that the guides are downloaded on the Headout app before your visit. It’s super simple to use, and you get offline access with an easy language-switching feature. Just make sure your phone is fully charged and don’t forget to bring your favorite headphones!

If you’ve selected a variant with Mamertine Prison access, your visit begins at the Mamertine Prison (Via Clivo Argentario). Please arrive here at least 1 hour before your Colosseum time slot to collect your ticket.
