As I stated in an email I sent, the ticket I was sold stated the Theodosius Cistern was open until 7:00 pm, and when we arrived at 6:30 pm and tried entering the Cistern, a lady informed us there was a private event at the place and that security should not have even allow us to enter. That the place was rented for the whole day. Another person told us it had closed at 5:00 pm. Either way, I was sold tickets THAT COULD NOT BE USED!! I want a refund

Descargué la entrada en la app,no servía el QR no me daba acceso, también descargué el mail que me enviaron esa misma mañana y tampoco funcionaba el acceso por el QR ,lo intentaron varias veces y salía denegado, lo probé de todas las formas que tenía la entre no funcionaba,así que muy mala experiencia y no vuelvo a contratar ningún servicio con ustedes ni a recomendarlo obviamente

Absolutely GORGEOUS! The lights make the whole place come alive. Audio guide is interesting. Staff were helpful. Go early for less crowd.
