We walked up to the Castel about 5 minutes early, showed our tickets using the app and proceeded inside. We found the audio very helpful and enjoyed the entire experience. We've purchased 3 tours from Headout while in Rome and found them well organized and easy to navigate.

Die Buchung hat gut funktioniert, wir kamen schnell in die Engelsburg hinein. Wir hatten den Audioguide über Dex, diese App muss man zuvor herunterladen. Der Audioguide war gut gemacht und informativ. Das Café ist super! Toller Blick!

Enjoyed not only seeing Castel but all the history involved. My wife and our friend were truly amazed at all the iterations it had been . Views form the higher elevations were spectacular! Highly recommend. Two thumbs up👍👍

Fatto tutto in giornata, niente code, e dato che pioveva è stato apprezzato. Siamo anche entrati un po prima dell'ora prestabilita . Di certo lo riprenderò in considerazione per altri ingressi.

Visiting the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Castel Sant’Angelo was one of the highlights of my time in Rome. Each landmark had its own unique atmosphere and brought a different chapter of the city’s incredible history to life. From the grandeur of the Colosseum to the breathtaking architecture of the Pantheon and the fascinating character of Castel Sant’Angelo, every moment felt truly special. Headout made the entire experience remarkably smooth, from choosing the attractions to having all the essential information readily available. The convenience and organization allowed me to enjoy Rome without unnecessary stress. It was an elegant, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable experience that I would be delighted to repeat.

Auch hier, wie bei anderen Buchungen schon erwähnt, völlig unkompliziertes buchen und bezahlen über Headout 👍🏻😘 Würde ich immer bevorzugen, niemals anstehen für 1,5-2 Stunden 🤷🏻‍♂️ Ein sehr schöner Rundgang zum selbst erleben und erkunden der Engelsburg 👍🏻 Für euch von Headout : Bitte genauere Beschreibung, wo man sich trifft beim Meetingpoint vom Tourveranstalter, um die gebuchten Tickets abzuholen 😳

The Castel was excellent and well worth visiting. The instructions to meet the on site rep were very inadequate and we had to ring the office to get the necessary info. Another couple had to do the same thing. Valeria who dealt with us was not at all helpful and she seemed to lack any customer focus. Four stars for the Castel. No stars for the tour rep.
