L'expérience s'est bien déroulée malgré le fait que nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait rencontrer quelqu'un pour avoir les vrais billets et l'accès à l'audio guide. Nous n'avions pas reçu le courriel 24h à l'avance pour l'audioguide. La personne de la compagnie associée à la vente et sur place pour nous remettre nos billets a été très gentille et nous a aidés à nous procurer l'application nécessaire et à télécharger le document. Les photos sont prises soit dans le château soit pour la vue extérieure que le château nous permet de voir en hauteur. C'est magnifique!

First time we have used an audio guide & both myself & my wife were extremely surprised at how easy & comfortable the audio guide was to use & to follow the prompts. We walked up to the Castel about 5 minutes early, showed our tickets using the app and proceeded inside. We found the audio very helpful and enjoyed the entire experience. We've purchased 3 tours from Headout while in Rome and found them well organized and easy to navigate.

Die Buchung hat gut funktioniert, wir kamen schnell in die Engelsburg hinein. Wir hatten den Audioguide über Dex, diese App muss man zuvor herunterladen. Der Audioguide war gut gemacht und informativ. Das Café ist super! Toller Blick!

Enjoyed not only seeing Castel but all the history involved. My wife and our friend were truly amazed at all the iterations it had been . Views form the higher elevations were spectacular! Highly recommend. Two thumbs up👍👍

Wir hatten keine Wartezeit, der Audioguide war leider irgendwie nicht in der richtigen Reihenfolge, so dass es etwas schwierig war, zu folgen. Am schönsten war der Ausblick von oben runter auf die Engelsbrücke. Insgesamt hätte ich gedacht, dass man mehr sehen kann. Wir waren doch relativ schnell fertig mit der Besichtigung.

A wonderful visit to Castel Sant’Angelo! The highlight was definitely the terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Rome, the Tiber River, and St. Peter’s Basilica. A perfect spot for beautiful photos and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

Interesting visit. The guidance helped, but not always fit actual rooms in the castle, so need to find your way into it. Hence one star deduction.
