Amazing experience visiting Burj Al Arab! The architecture is beautiful and truly iconic in Dubai. The view of the sea and the luxury design inside are stunning. The staff are very welcoming and the place is very clean and well organized. It is a must-visit landmark for tourists in Dubai. Highly recommended!

Getting started

Arrive at the Burj Al Arab ticket lounge, located at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, 15 minutes before your scheduled slot with a valid photo ID. After ticket validation, your butler-guide will greet you and introduce the experience before you proceed through security and into the hotel.

What to expect

Recognized as an architectural icon, the Burj Al Arab is a symbol of modern Dubai, renowned for its sail-shaped silhouette and opulent interiors. Designed by architect Tom Wright and interior designer Khuan Chew, the hotel showcases unique patterns, vibrant colors, and original design sketches.

Features

Royal Suite: Step through gilded doors into the Royal Suite, where you’ll explore the lavish private quarters once reserved for royalty and dignitaries.

25th floor access: Get exclusive entry to the 25th floor for panoramic views and a closer look at the hotel’s striking design elements.

Guided insights: Your butler-guide shares stories behind the hotel’s conception, from the first hand-drawn sketch to the intricate details found throughout the interiors.

Photo opportunities: Capture your own iconic moments against the backdrop of both the hotel’s exterior and its vibrant, meticulously crafted interiors.

Inside Burj Al Arab Boutique: Conclude your visit at the boutique, where you can browse curated, custom-branded souvenirs and merchandise to take home a piece of the experience.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your allocated time slot.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Note that the following is/are not allowed on this tour: flash photography, professional cameras, and photography inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab.

Beachwear is not permitted; respectful, smart/casual attire is required.

Access is limited to specified areas only; entry to the entire hotel is not included.

Accessibility

Group size is limited to a maximum of 26 guests per tour.

Additional information

Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected and are non-refundable or transferable.

Changes to your booking are permitted up to 48 hours prior to your tour date.

Late arrivals may be moved to another tour, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Please respect the privacy and comfort of in-house guests in public spaces.

Hospitality packages (culinary options) are not included in the tour and commence 2 hours after your tour start time.

The tour provides exclusive access to the 25th floor and select Inside Burj Al Arab areas, including the Royal Suite and boutique.

Valet parking is available at Jumeirah Beach Hotel for tour guests; public transport and taxi drop-off options are also available.
