The bus driver waited for us as we were the last passengers to board the bus. The attendant quickly scanned the tickets as the bus driver loaded our suitcases onto the luggage cabin. The tickets were affordable and purchased online which made it easy and convenient. The seats were comfortable and the drive was smooth and felt safe albeit a long journey to Termini station from Fiumicino airport. We definitely will use this bus service again if we ever return to Rome, Italy.

Getting the bus was as easy as pie. 🤩 It was when you got into Rome that things weren't so easy & to get information from the Italian guards & security at the termini for our onward connect. The bus drivers in Rome where also unhelpful. But the public were very pleasant & did assist quite happily Won't stop me going back to Rome, it's a stunning city & very walkable.
