Overall great service. Everything went smoothly and communication was good. We booked the day before so we were a little concerned as the website talks about getting a message 24 hours before departure time and we were within that 24 hours already. However, however, everything was fine we got the message the morning of departure and everything worked smoothly

What a great way to start a trip to magical city on water, venice. Amazing experince which gives a kisk to the start. Everthing from.chexk.in to ride to disembarkment was a breeze and you enjoy your ride thorughly. The personnel.at the ticketing counter as well as at the boat are nice and polite. Highly recomend to ise this service!!!

The shared ride on the water taxi into Venice was nice, but it wasn't clear that we had to go first to a counter insidie the airport instead of the docks. That caused a long walk out to the docks with luggage, then back into the airport. Then we had to wait for the other passengers. That's fine and to be expected. The man at the counter was not pleasant, however, and acted as if we should just sit quietly and ask no questions. It was our first trip to Venice, so we had questions.

Venice Shuttle is a fast shared-boat service from Marco Polo Airport to Venice Centre and vice versa. With this service, you will reach your hotel comfortably and quickly overlooking splendid views en route; all while avoiding the overcrowded public transport at a convenient fare.

Pick-up & drop-off points

Find the closest mooring point or pier to your hotel and be picked up or dropped off at any of the locations. These include Rialto, San Marco Todaro, Sant’Angelo, Trinita’ (Calle Del Traghetto Vicino Hotel St Regis), San Samuele, San Vio, Giardini, Arsenale Museo, Ca’Rezzonico, San Stae, SS Apostoli, Sabbioni, and Ple Roma Tre Ponti. If your hotel is located along the Canal Grande, enjoy a doorstep drop-off.

If you're staying at the JW Marriott - Isola delle Rose, you'll be picked up from San Marco, near the hotel's shuttle boat pier.

The water taxi pier is only 800 meters away from the airport terminal. You can easily walk this distance in a few minutes.

Each passenger is allowed 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry-on item. Additional fees apply for extra luggage.
