Ancora una volta ho usufruito dell'ottimo servizio offerto da Leonardo Express...!!! Mi piace la semplice modalità di prenotazione, la comodissima possibilità di cambiare orario/treno, i frequenti treni in una amplissima gamma oraria: ho sempre trovato vagoni puliti, posti a sedere e nessuna difficoltà. Bravi, credo che sia un ottima immagine per gli stranieri che arrivano nel nostro paese da Fiumicino. Bravi, ma non crogiolatevi sugli allori...c'è sempre qualcosa da migliorare e ottimizzare....😉💪🔝

Ottima soluzione per chi deve raggiungere l'aeroporto da Roma Termini; venendo da Milano in treno abbiamo acquistato il biglietto on line ( e prenotato un orario di partenza del Leonardo Express) mentre eravamo in viaggio e, arrivati in stazione, abbiamo solo dovuto individuare il binario sul tabellone .. è stato anche possibile anticipare la partenza senza supplemento di prezzo, avendo fatto l'acquisto on line; ci sono partenze frequenti e si arriva a Fiumicino 3, ottimo per le partenze internazionali!

The experience of buying a ticket, receiving it to my mail box and using it was very easy, quick and literally no hassle. It was a pity I didn't know that I needed to take the EXACT train that was mentioned on my ticket. I got fined with 5€ because I hopped on an earlier train. People with paper tickets are allowed to do that (take any day going that day). So be aware that you have to take the exact train mentioned on your ticket!

Nie wieder headout! "Die Uhrzeit des gebuchten Tickets lässt sich bis zur Abfahrt des Zuges ändern." So das Versprechen, so steht es auf dem Ticket geschrieben. Nur weiß das keiner vom"Support", weder der chatbot noch der Mensch. Ein Tag vor Gültigkeit dauerte es im Chat eine Ewigkeit ( mehr als einehalbeStunde) um die Uhrzeit zu ändern. Am Flughafen selbst die Uhrzeit anzupassen war über chat nicht möglich. Und am Telefon erklärte mir die KI zwei Stunden vor Ablauf des Tickets, dass man nichts ändern könne und bot mir 25% Ermäßigung für mein nächstes Event mitHeadout an. Nun, es wird kein Nächstes geben...

Ein Problem ist, dass man nie so genau weiß, welchen Zug man erreichen wird, und wenn man einen früher als die bestellte Zeit wählt, man fünf Euro extra zahlen muss. Das ist nicht kundenfreundlich, da ich eigentlich der Ansicht war, es gäbe Spielraum. Ansonsten alles super funktioniert

Treno puntuale e personale dispobile. Facilmente raggiungibile e individuabile nell'aeroporto. Cinque minuti a piedi al massimo . L'ho trovato pulito e veloce è il collegamento ideale con il centro o la stazione Termini.

Alles klappte reibungslos, auch die Änderung in der App vor Ort auf eine frühere Abfahrtszeit. Der Zug war sauber mit ausreichend Platz für das Gepäck der Reisenden. Klare Empfehlung !

The ride was very pleasant, on time and quite fast. Very convenient to head on to station from airport and be in Rome center in less than an hour. Recommend.
