Nous avons choisi de prendre la carte de transport, et nous le reprendrons lors d'une prochaine visite, récupérer la carte à l'office du tourisme a été très facile, pouvoir naviguer dans Barcelone via le bus et le métro sont un réel confort, je recommande vivement ce concept de transport . Les commerçants de Barcelone sont très sympathique et maîtrisé pour la plus part l'Anglais .

Die Hola Barcelona Travel Card hat mir geholfen mich unkompliziert im Metro System von Barcelona zu bewegen. Teilweise waren die Züge leider sehr überfüllt, vor allem abends und am Wochenende. Mir haben die Anzeigen in den Zügen bezüglich der Ausstiegsrichtung sehr gut gefallen - das macht es viel leichter sich zu orientieren.

parfait, la carte est très utile, on a pu se promener à plusieurs endroits et avoir accès aux trains bus métro dans la zone 1 de barcelone ( dont viladecans ). Le service est très rapide directement à l'aéroport on récupère nos cartes et elles sont directement utilisable. À refaire 100%!

Super handig, de reiskaart is voor alle soorten openbaar vervoer in zone 1. Daar hoort ook het vliegveld bij. Wel jammer dat je niet kunt kiezen voor een 7- daagse kaart. Nu hebben we eerst een 5-daagse gekocht en daarna nog een kaart voor 2 dagen.

Booking and using it was easy. The only hassle for me was claiming it because I arrived via train in Barcelona Sants and couldn't claim it there. I had to buy a ticket to Sagrada Familia(nearest pickup point according to train staff).

Seamless activation

After you make the purchase, you’ll can redeem your card at any Tourist Information Office open between 8:30am to 7:40pm.

Flying in? Redeem it at the airport metro station to catch the metro to the city. It’s super convenient!

Just swipe your card to avail Barcelona's public transportation. The card gets activated the first time you use it.

Validity: Before activation, your pass is valid for 90 days after purchase. Your pass is activated as soon as you use it for the first time and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 48-hour pass and take any public transport at 3pm on a Monday afternoon, your pass is valid till Wednesday 3pm.

Redemption details

You will receive a QR-code mobile voucher, which must be exchanged for a physical Hola Barcelona Travel Card.

Your card can only be picked up from official Tourist Information Offices.

Airport T1 & T2 desks are open 8:30am–7:30pm. Please ensure your arrival time allows enough time to redeem.

If you arrive after the counters close, simply redeem your voucher at any city Tourist Information Office the next day.

Your travel card activates the first time you use it on Barcelona public transport.

Before first use, the voucher remains valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Your Barcelona All Inclusive Card: Museums & Transportation ticket voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Please display a printed copy of the voucher with a valid photo ID at the Tourist Information Office to get your physical tickets
