Great experience overall! The service was excellent, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The selection of cakes was fantastic, with a huge variety to choose from, and the drinks were a great complement. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed the experience. Good last minute price too. One small suggestion: the announcements could be turned down slightly in volume to create a little more ambiance and a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a lovely place with great service and plenty of delicious choices. We’ll definitely be back!

It was wonderful space .cleaned toilets. Good food . Nice coffee and sweets . I recommend it . And hope find that or collaboration lounge at all airports Advising about the prices . Hope make more good deals at APP

Really pleasant experience overall. The food was good, staff were friendly, and the lounge was clean. Only minor gripe is the seating could use a refresh.

Getting settled

Head to Level 2 of Terminal 4 Departures, the lounge is opposite Gates 10A and 10B. Present your booking and photo ID at reception to check in.
