Very pleasant and helpful staff managing the busy lounge and ensuring a good experience. The food and drinks on offer were a good range and well presented. I thought it was good value. A long way from my departure gate but that can't really be helped.

Excellent and attentive staff. Lounge was very crowded. We had reservations and were able to be seated after a short wait. Bar service was fast. Food replenishment was ok, food selection was ok and satisfied our need for a meal during a layover.

In an ideal location overlooking the runway, Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 5 Departures is the perfect setting for both business and leisure travellers. My lounge featured an array of comfortable seating for travellers to relax in addition to services including freshly prepared seasonal food, a fully serviced bar with a wide variety of drinks, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and TV broadcasting the latest news and sports. IExperienced a new way to travel

We had a lovely time during our stay at the Plaza Premium. It was clean and the food was nice. It is nearly impossible to find a seat in the airport, so it was perfect to have a comfy chair waiting for us. The staff were kind and very attentive as well!

The sevice from Headcount was exceptional!!!! No issue on their part However the experience at the Plaza lounge at Heathrow was well below the expected standard A much better experience would have been to eat in one of the airport Restaurants

The lounge was so much easier to access with a reservation and it gave us premium seats as the people that just walk up had to find their own seat. Headout website was easy to use and great about sending our confirmation.
