Getting started
Arrive at Kings Dominion on your selected date and head to the main entrance gates. Have your e-ticket ready on your phone or bring a printed copy for scanning. Be prepared for a standard security screening, including bag checks. A valid photo ID may be required for verification before entry.

You’ll rocket from 0 to 65 mph in four seconds, crest 145 feet, and soar through three inversions—a dive loop, corkscrew, and 360‑degree “raptor roll”—along 3,086 feet of track. It’s billed as the world’s tallest and longest launched wing coaster, and it’s the must‑ride of the season.

The park’s established lineup keeps the thrills coming. Dominator remains a staple with five inversions and the distinction of being the world’s longest floorless coaster. Twisted Timbers blends wood supports with steel track for hybrid airtime and agility, beginning with a barrel‑roll drop and continuing through two more inversions and 20+ airtime moments. Pantherian delivers towering speed and force, rising to 305 feet with a 300‑foot first drop before a high‑speed run of twists and turns.

When the day heats up, Soak City makes it easy to shift from thrills to chills. The 20‑acre waterpark is included with every park ticket and Season Pass and features extreme water slides, a massive wave pool, cabanas, and interactive Coconut Shores family area—so you can splash, float, and relax without leaving the property.

Loose articles are not permitted on most rides and should be left with non-riders or secured in lockers. Cell phones, keys, wallets, or other small items must be secured in cargo pockets or zippered jacket pockets. All loose articles which cannot be secured must be left in a locker or with a non-rider prior to entering the queue.
