Our trip from Grindelwald to Jungfraujoch was the highlight of our Swiss journey! The scenic cable car ride through the Alps was mesmerizing, and arriving at the "Top of Europe" felt surreal. The lce Palace, the viewing platforms, and the majestic snow-covered peaks made the day truly unforgettable. Although it was crowded at times, the organization and flow were smooth, and we never felt rushed. What stood out most was the sheer beauty of the panoramic views and the once-in-a-lifetime feeling of standing on top of the Alps-absolutely worth it!

The tickets were easy to buy and the excursion went very well. It would be important to note in your descriptions that it is possible to take the train even without a reservation. At the departure of the train there are 2 queues, 1 for tickets with seat reservations (which cost more) and one without. Despite this difference, it's perfectly possible to sit on a seat with a Headout reservation.

Good organization from Grindelwald: for tickets, P and gondola signs. It's harder to find your way around the Jungfraujoch... and it's a shame that the outdoor galleries have been closed: you miss the contact, the air etc... The staff are really pleasant and competent, both in the station and in the restaurant👍😊. And the show was as great as I'd dreamed. 🤩

I loved the gondola ride and the actual experiences once we were anle to get in. We were 15 minutes late and told we had to stand in the non-reservation line for up to a two hour wait. After my sister implored on a few people working there, she got us in the reservation line. Another inconvenience is you can only return at a specific time, 4 hrs after your reservation time. We were done in 90 minutes and had to again wait in non-reservation line to return. We paid a lot of money for this excursion and although it was amazing getting to and from the top was a very poor experience.

The trains were clean, timely and the discount card made them affordable. I cancelled our rental car reservation after reading about the half fare discount card.

Great experience, great views above the clouds. Cable car ride out of Grindelwald was easy to board and exit. Cog rail though the mountian to the top included a stop to look out large windows into the mountains. Definitely a "bucket list" item if you're in Switzerland!
