Everything went perfectly, from the parking lot to the various departure points for the cable car, including the cogwheel train to go up to the observation points and experiences, all the way to the stop and waiting areas along the way. I would really like to congratulate your teams for the quality of the engineering and construction on the summit, under extreme weather conditions, in the heart of an environment of eternal snow and ice! I am particularly impressed by the eternal ice tunnel, with its sculptures and pedestrian paths inside: truly remarkable! Just one small regret: on the day of our experience, there was no sun, as the sky was overcast with mist. On the other hand, it snowed in the middle of summer, which is a rare and precious experience for us, coming from a tropical country. Thank you!

Our trip to Jungfraujoch was definitely a HUGE highlight on our recent 10 day trip in Switzerland. Everything, from the time we left the station, going up the cable car and then the Eiger Express as well as all the experiences at the top were magnificent! The views, the snow, the ice palace as well as the snow park were all amazing! Not to mention a great hot chocolate in the restaurant.

The ice palace was fun to go through, beautiful ice sculptures. The history of the building of this place shows the skill and endurance of those who made this possible. At the sphinx, were the best views!! All in all- it was fabulous.

Everything was great. On the whole, everything went smoothly. It was nice and sunny; we stopped at Eismeer on the way up. The only thing that wasn't clear was that we were supposed to be at the station for the cogwheel railway to the Jungfrau by 10:15, and not just at the Eiger Express. The staff were very relaxed about it. Thank you.

Grindelwald Terminal, home to the region's newest shopping center, is the fastest portal to Jungfraujoch. Board your Eiger Express tricable gondola and look out at the largest north face of the Alps on one side and the summit ring of the Bernese foothills with the Lauberhorn, Männlichen and Faulhorn on the other. The historic cogwheel forms the last leg of your journey.
