These tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

What to bring

• Passport: Bring your passport when redeeming your JR ticket at the designated JR counter.

• Redemption voucher: Bring the redemption voucher shipped to you after booking.

What's not allowed

• Incorrect passenger details: Your name and gender must match your passport details. Incorrect information can prevent ticket redemption.

Additional information

• Redemption: Redeem your JR ticket at a designated JR counter within 90 days of booking.

• Shipping: The redemption voucher is shipped globally by EMS according to the destination country. Orders placed before 11am Taiwan time on working days are shipped the same day, while later orders are shipped the next working day.

• Booking: The pass is bookable up to 90 days in advance and is open dated.

• Age: Adults are 12 years and above, while children are 6 to 11 years old.

• Lost voucher: Redemption vouchers cannot be reissued if lost.

• Cancellation: The booking is non-refundable after payment, and the selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
