Alex was the absolute BEST!! She made the whole experience. Alex is so knowledgeable about all things Jameson and whiskey. She made the whole class interesting and it felt very personal. I am not sure how she remembered everyone's name. If you are on the fence, JUST BOOK THE CLASS!! You will not be disappointed!

I was never exactly destined for greatness in physics or chemistry, but thanks to the instructor’s enthusiasm, clear explanations, and generous supply of whiskey, I suddenly found myself fully committed to science! This hands-on workshop at the historic Bow St. distillery explores the art and science behind Jameson Black Barrel, a celebrated Irish whiskey known for its rich, smooth character. The class offers exclusive access to cask strength whiskies not available elsewhere.
