• An adult must accompany children under the age of 12 at all times.

• Children below the height of 1.1 meters are admitted free of charge.

• Guests are allowed to exit and re-enter the park on the same day by obtaining a hand stamp at the exit.

• Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays. Alternatively, guests can register via the Yas Island App or visit Guest Services with a passport or Emirates ID. A tutorial video is available here.

Qasr Al Watan

• Please note that Qasr Al Watan is still a working palace and as a result will be temporarily closed to the public from July 13 to July 20.

• Please make sure to keep your mobile phones in silent mode before entering the palace.

• You can park your car at Visitors Center Car Park, which also comes with valet parking services.

• Bags and cases with more dimensions than 500 X 350 won't be allowed inside the palace.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at each ticket redemption point.

• Note: This ticket allows you entry to both attractions on the same day. It cannot be used on two different dates.

Shuttle Service

• This ticket includes a shuttle service to Yas Island.

• The shuttle bus is complimentary, guests are required to present their Warner Bros. E-tickets or Vouchers to board the bus.

• The shuttle bus operates on a first come first serve basis, no prior reservation is required.

• Complimentary WiFi is available on the buses.

• Arrival and departure times are approximate due to traffic.
