- If you miss your booked ferry, you can use your ticket on any walk-up sailing within 12 months. Walk-up sailings can get busy during peak season, so arrive an hour early to secure your spot.

- Larger luggage, bicycles, and other bulky items are subject to space availability.
- Services may be delayed or canceled due to weather or operational reasons.
