After booking online, I receive a instructional email. On the visiting day, the meeting point is called Venice Tours SRL where I obtain a print out ticket. This office is about 6 minutes walk from the Doge's Palace. I really appreciate the priority entry letting me avoid the long line and go through the door quickly.

The Vaporetto and bus pass was very convenient and made getting around Venice much easier. Booking was simple, the ticket worked without any issues, and public transportation was reliable throughout our trip. The water buses were a great way to explore the city and enjoy the views.
