La experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Comprar las entradas para el Coliseo con ellos fue una de las mejores decisiones de nuestro viaje a Roma. Todo el proceso fue muy rápido, claro y organizado, y gracias a eso ahorramos muchísimo tiempo evitando las largas filas que había afuera. Las instrucciones para ingresar fueron fáciles de seguir y el servicio al cliente siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos cuando tuvimos dudas. Entrar al Coliseo sin estrés hizo que pudiéramos disfrutar mucho más la visita y aprovechar mejor el día. Además, la experiencia dentro del Coliseo fue increíble y totalmente inolvidable. Poder recorrer uno de los lugares más históricos e impresionantes del mundo sin complicaciones hizo toda la diferencia. Se nota que trabajan de manera profesional y que realmente se preocupan por hacer la experiencia cómoda para los turistas. Definitivamente los recomiendo muchísimo a cualquiera que visite Roma y quiera ahorrar tiempo, evitar problemas y disfrutar la experiencia al máximo. Sin duda volvería a comprar con ellos.

If you’re visiting Rome, this is one of those “just do it” experiences—and skip-the-line tickets make a noticeable difference, but with some caveats. First, the biggest advantage: you avoid the ticket purchase line, which can easily stretch 2–3 hours during peak season . Instead, you walk in at your scheduled time, which makes the whole experience smoother and less stressful. That said, the name is a bit misleading. You’re not skipping all lines. Everyone still goes through security, and depending on the day, that can still take time . So don’t expect VIP, zero-wait access. Inside, the experience is incredible. The Vatican Museums are massive, packed with world-class art, and the route naturally leads you to the Sistine Chapel, which absolutely lives up to the hype. Bottom line: Worth it—especially in busy seasons—but manage expectations. You’re paying to skip the worst line, not all of them. If you want the best experience, go early, book a timed entry, and consider a guided tour for context.

Our visit to the Vatican Museums two days ago was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. Every hall, every masterpiece, every ceiling felt like stepping into another world filled with history, beauty, and wonder. Seeing the Sistine Chapel with our own eyes was an emotional and magical moment that we will remember forever. Headout made it super easy to find and purchase tickets to see the sights while we were in Rome! After purchasing tickets through this company for the Pantheon and loving how easy it was, I also purchased tickets through them to see St. Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel, Vatican Museums, and the Colosseum! All the tickets were emailed to me well in advance and I had no issues. The Vatican Museums were one of my very favorite attractions in Rome. They were very easy to navigate, clean, and well presented. Headout gave me the perfect idea of what I would be able to see while there. I will definitely use Headout for future adventures!

We were super happy with Headout and the Skip the Line ticket that we bought. We forgot to get tickets to the Vatican early, and we were able to get them the day before through Headout, which was amazing! The directions to get to the meeting point were super easy to follow, and the guides knew exactly what they were doing. Plus, we really were able to skip the line. We got there around 9:30am and I couldn't believe how long the general public lines were. We only waited about 10-15 mins in line and were able to get into the museum. It was amazing and I would book through them again! Thank you!

I really enjoyed working with the skip the line tickets as we bypassed hours of waiting outside in the heat. We gathered as a group to go in at our designated time, and our instructor let us know anything and everything that we should before entering. He was very helpful with any questions we had. Once we were in, we were roaming around the museum on our own. The museum sends your through in a chronological order which made sense and helped out. It was an amazing experience and one that everyone should do! Couldn't have been more happier with the service we booked. Thank you!

Al punto di incontro il personale era disponibile chiaro e simpatico. Un referente di ha dato i biglietti e ci ha portati fino all'ingresso, questo é un biglietto incredibile, perché ti fa passare davanti alla lunghissima fila esterna. Il ragazzo ci ha portato proprio di fronte ai tornelli. Biglietto fondamentale consigliato a tutti! I musei vaticani sono molto grandi. Io consiglio sala Egitto, sala carte geografiche, sale Raffaello e naturalmente il vero capolavoro di Michelangelo: il giudizio universale.

What's not allowed

Strict dress code: knees, shoulders, and back must be covered for all guests.

When in Sistine Chapel, silence is mandatory and photography is prohibited. Guides will provide all necessary and interesting details before entry.

Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags with the free cloakroom service.

Pets and other small animals are not allowed in the venue.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

This type of visit cannot be booked online—tickets are issued in person at the Special Permits and/or Reception desks in the museum hall upon presentation of a certificate of invalidity. The Vatican Museums offer free wheelchair hire and free entry for visitors with mobility impairments (certified invalidity exceeding 74%) and a companion if required. Names are mandatory for all the bookings. Double check the names at check out for a hassle-free entry and be sure to bring a valid Photo ID with you to gain entry.

The entrance to the Museums is timed. Be sure to select your activity starting time when booking. Once inside the Museums, you will be free to explore at your own pace.

If you've chosen the Vatican Gardens open-bus tour, your visit will begin with the garden tour, followed by entry into the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. The multilingual audio guide is available during the garden tour only—not for the museum and chapel visit.

Please note that the Vatican reserves the right to close the Sistine Chapel at short notice for institutional events.

Although not included in these tickets, access to St. Peter's Basilica is free. Please expect long waiting times during peak season for both, the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica.

If you’ve opted for hosted entry, keep in mind that the host is not a guide—they’re simply there to assist and escort you through the entry process.

While this experience offers skip-the-line access, you will still need to go through a mandatory security check. This cannot be skipped and may take additional time during peak hours or seasons.
