The booking of the tickets was straight forward. Tickets arrived immediately in an email. Would have been good if they had linked to the Apple wallet but they scanned no problem from the email received. Unfortunately our experience in epic universe itself was nothing like what we planned or expected with extremely long wait times in the queue for the attractions, frequent ride breakdowns on multiple attractions, lightning in the area meant the rides stopped at 17:00 and then heavy rain followed and the rides never came back on again. Despite the park being open till 20:00.

This was a great website to order Universal Orlando Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios tickets through. I ordered a couple of weeks ahead of time so had a lot of emails since then. Wasn't able to locate tickets and I called the 1-800 number and a bot sent them to me immediately. Therefore my family and myself were able to enjoy the two parks with ease and had a great time! Will order again through Headout

Con Headout la compra fue rápida y comoda. Un poco más económica que en la web oficial. Y algo muy importante, podia ser reembolsable si avisabas con un día de antelación. La compra del park to park pudimos ver los dos parques. En estás fechas sin colas y see n necesidad de pase expres.

At my age and my husbands age 69 an 72 we really enjoyed our time at Universal especially Harry Potter World. The rides were awesome and we definitely spent plenty of money in the shops We collect all kind of Harry Potter things to fill our Harry Potter room at home. LOVED IT!!!!!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at universal studious. The weather was perfect, not hot, a little overcast with a slight breeze that had a mist of rain. The lines were not bad besides ET (which was being repaired) and MIB ( which was also being repaired) other than that the rides were fast and fun. To top off the night was the water show with music, pictures and clips from movies, just awesome! I'm happy that we were able to get our tickets fast through Headout which allowed us to save almost $200 on our purchase. Thanks Headout for assisting us on our vacation.

Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by someone aged 14 or older who meets all attraction requirements.
