Thank you so much to Headout and to Fatima for the awesome experience. The guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable and generous in sharing information. I missed the tour previous day and surprisingly they called me and said I can come next day and do the tour ! It was a pleasant surprise and so glad I didn't miss the wonderful place and history behind it . What a memorable way to wrap up my trip to magnificent and magical Florence !

Very informative tour. Pam was extremely sweet and understanding and explained not just the art gallery but also the history of Florence and backgrounds of powerful personalities who have lived in it. She also did deep dives on some of the prominent pieces in the gallery explaining each and every detail in them and entertaining any questions we had about them , no matter how naive. We had an amazing time and came out feeling much more appreciative of the collection than if we had visited without a guide

Guide was knowledgeable and got us through the wait line quickly. Lots of interesting facts about Michaelangelo and David

Hearing the history behind the statue and all the art exhibits was truly enlightening! Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I really liked that the routes opened up our horizon to different places we never even thought of visiting. It was accessible and employees were very nice and history was very interesting, but sometimes it started too early before we got to see the view it was talking about. Also had issues with the app where it shows when the buss will arrive at the specific station but it never matched nor it gave accurate time as to when it will come. Once it did not come at all and the app did not have that information. Overall good experience
