The meeting point was exactly where the tour details said it would be. We were checked off on the list and at the appointed time we met our guide. The guide was engaging and gave us some great insights to what we were looking at. We were able to hear everything she said because of the microphone/headset system that she/we were using. Once she had completed her part of the guided tour, we were free to do our own thing. Although it was busy, it didn't feel as busy as the Uffizi Galleries which was absolutely no fun. I would recommend this tour experience.

This combo is definitely worth to buy. The Florence Cathedral Express Guided Tour was relatively short, but very interesting and informative. The Florence Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was absolutely wonderful, we saw the most notable spots of Florence. The other southern bank of the Arno river was really impressive. It has a panoramic view on the Florence. Besides it was nice to see the places where famous Russians Tchaikovsky and Dostoevsky lived. Oct 21, 2026

It was an adventure. No idea where to get on the bus. Website useless. I called the phone number " our office is closed on Sunday". I am glad I didn't throw my phone on the pavement and stomp on it a dozen times. Once we were able to figure out a jump on location, the bus was clean, staff professional and we got to see Florence better than I thought possible. Make finding jump on spots easier to find, you have a great bus

Great way to see the sights and get out at what takes your fancy. Two comprehensive circuits of the city, including up to Fiesole, which was nice. Just watch out as some of the earphone sockets do not work.

A nice tour of the Cathedral with Julian. Then we hopped on the bus and stopped at Piazzale Michelangelo. A lovely day. We will definitely be back!

Wir sind am Station zehn in Linie A eingestiegen, allerdings kam der Bus nicht so avisierten Zeit, sondern wir haben 45 Minuten auf dem Bus gewartet. Die Tour selber war schön, ich hätte aber gerne noch mehr Informationen und Toten gehabt. Punkt etwas nervig fand ich die klassische Musik zwischen den Sprechsequenzen. Vor allen Dingen war diese deutlich zu laut, so dass ich immer wieder die Lautstärke runter regulieren musste, um sie dann wieder rauf zu regulieren, wenn wieder gesprochen wurde.

Die bekommenen Informationen über Florenz waren von der Menge her gut und informativ. Negativ war, dass zwar der Buss ein Regenverdeck hatte, dieses jedoch an mehreren Stellen grosse Löcher hatte und an einer Stelle Sicher 30 x 100 cm fehlten. Dadurch konnten diese Sitze nicht benutzt werden und die Begleitperson kam viel zu spät mit einer Rolle Tücher um die Sitzflächen zu trocknen. Schade dass man sich um sochle details zu wenig kümmert.
